Ekera Urgent Care Pty Ltd
The Company (Ekera Medical Ltd) has undertaken a joint venture basis with Dr Adam Janson and Company to form Ekera Urgent Care Pty Ltd, in response to a growing need for the provision of sub-acute medical services to surrounding communities in the Boronia area. Ekera Urgent Care Pty Ltd provides a range of clinical services to predominantly ambulant, non-trauma patient episodes.
Patients do not need to make an appointment and the vast majority will be seen within 60 minutes.
Ekera Managed Services Pty Ltd
The Managed Services division licenses an innovative technology and communication platform with standard operating protocols that will allow the digital transmission of patient information in:
- and amongst healthcare activity centres;
- telemedical consultations;
- remote clinical scheduling; and
- potential remote monitoring of patient conditions.
The operational management centre will manage tenant inventory, billing, financial reconciliations, promotional cashflow and marketing requirements will be utilised as a date repository.
Ekera Logistics Pty Ltd
Ekera Logistics Pty Ltd was formed to craft collaborative associations with pharmaceutical and medical consumables suppliers who will have an interest in supporting the provision of cost-efficient products.
This division of the Ekera Group of Companies is able to stock and supply each Tenant at a significantly reduced price, to enable enhanced margins on medicinal and consumable transactions. Ekera Logistics Pty Ltd will also forge supply contracts with local divisions of general practice and acute care service providers where appropriate.
Ekera FM Services Pty Ltd
Ekera FM Services Pty Ltd has been established to manage each Centre’s annual operating expenditure budget, Tenant lease issues, Landlord maintenance and upkeep requirements, and to coordinate Tenant fit-out requirements. This division is responsible for the provision of monthly management reports to each Ekera Centre Landlord entity.
Ekera Property Pty Ltd
The Ekera Property Management division is responsible for the procurement of all necessary permits and the satisfaction of all legislative requirements after appropriate due diligence for each Ekera Centre. Ekera Property Pty Ltd organises all relevant property development requirements and ensures the construction of each Centre and internal Tenancies to specified levels of cost and to high levels of quality.
This division has been established to provide a framework for an unlisted property trust to hold Ekera Medical properties that can solicit external investment from interested and aligned sources (i.e. general practitioners).
Kelete Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd
Kelete Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd has been established to provide human resources assets to both internally-aligned stakeholder companies and strategic, external business partners such as Ekera Centre Tenants, general practices and other selected parties. The investment in Kelete allows the Company to further vertically integrate its managed services offering.
